So, like, for this kit to work, you're gonna need to cut off a wee bit of the fender. Ya know, to avoid any awkward bumpin' around when you're ridin' hard. Oh, and take a gander at the pics too. And, just between us, it'd be super cool if ya added some Shock Sox while ya do all this. Just sayin'. We are also still working on the installation instructions but its nothing complicated.
The Honda Africa Twin Deep Dish Fender Riser Kit from LadlesportADV adds 53mm (around 2.125") of lift to the front factory fender, keeping pesky mud from causing a locked wheel. This is for the 2020+ Standard and Adventure Sports model regardless of transmission type (AL, DL, D4L, A4L Including the factory lowered models). It also fits on the 2024+ Standard model with the 21" front wheel. At this time it does not fit on the 2024+ AS/AS-DCT
Forget the weird-looking high fender kits, this one's sleek and stylish. The brackets are 3mm thick 304 stainless steel, and the kit comes with a new, fancy brake hose from HEL ® Performance Brakes. Other colors available by special order, but give us 10 days to fulfill. We also throw in stainless steel hardware, new banjo bolts, and copper crush washers, but you need to reuse some of Honda hardware. We do this to keep costs down. We also have the option to add the Upper brake hose (at the front master cylinder) for an extra $59.95.
No special tools required - just grab your trusty 4mm and 5mm Allen Keys, a 10mm combination wrench, and a 14mm socket for the new banjo bolts. Make sure to have some of your go-to brake fluid on hand, as well as basic skills for changing brake hoses and bleeding brakes. Don't worry, the HEL® Performance booklet in the package has all the deets on brake bleeding.
